BC Proof of Vaccination (Updated December 17, 2021)
A mandatory Public Health Order (PHO) is active in British Columbia and, due to the size of the event, each attendee is required by law to furnish a Proof of Vaccination to attend. Each attendee is required to:

  • Provide SCSBC with a copy of their Record of Vaccination in advance of the event (these documents are only valid through September 26th)
  • Provide a scan of their QR Code upon arrival at the event
We are complying with these rules as a way to secure and safeguard our attendees and resort employees. Each attendee should possess verifiable proof of vaccination status for the duration of the event. Under the current PHO, no medical or other exemptions are permitted when attending non-essential events.

Should the PHO change before the event, we will notify attendees accordingly.
